Payment Policy

Payment is taken when the order is placed, not when it ships. The amount charged is the total shown on the confirmation screen.

Online checkout accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Klarna, Afterpay and Cash on Delivery (COD). The list shown on the checkout page is always the authoritative one. If you would rather order by phone, telephone +1 215-533-2200 during Monday - Friday and Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (ET). Closed Saturday or email care@hasianbeauty.shop and we will arrange it directly.

Prices and currency

All prices are in United States dollars and include no sales tax at this time. Delivery, where charged, is shown separately before you confirm.

Security

Card details are entered on the payment provider’s own encrypted page and are never stored on our servers. We see the outcome of a transaction, not the card number.

Declined payments

If a payment is declined, no order is created and no money leaves your account. Any pending authorisation is released by your bank, usually within a few days.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the method used to pay; we cannot redirect a refund to a different card or account. Timings are set out in the Refund and Returns Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
